Pros and cons of Sygic Singapore & Malaysia: GPS Navigation app for iPhone and iPad

Sygic Singapore & Malaysia: GPS Navigation app good for

Application is smooth, Gps tracking is quite fast. Some minor issues when not following exactly the road but solve in a matter of second... Good product
Works very well and havent failed on me yet. Clean interface is a plus. Maps are up to date, and the POIs are adequate for me (around KL and PJ). it even knows POIs up in Changloon, Kedah. Im impressed! Well worth the $16. :)
This have been an excellent investment for me. The interface is designed very well. It works well for the price. You also have the option to choose different languages for the voice. I depend on it heavily when I drive into Malaysia (turn off data roaming and it only uses the gps signal, no extra charges as the map is already preloaded on the phone). I will highly recommend this unit.
The search function is pretty bad. Ive had to find places with a combination of google search and waze. GPS nav function is fantastic. This app has been getting me around Malaysia quickly and accurately. I especially like having the lane assist, which waze does not.
Quick GPS lock, clear graphics, accurate (so far), and lots of functions. Money well spent, I say. Thanks Sygic!

Some bad moments

I have used this app for 2days in Penang. This shows wrong direction as well as addresses including major landmark such as Autocity (it was middle of no where and away from at least 2 km). I wasted my time and money. I want to get my money back.
I purchased this app before my honeymoon last may, but the app keep telling me ( No Signal ) !!! It couldnt locate my device, i Google maps all the time, so 3g connection was needed :(
This is about the worst Ive experienced. I bought the app for a trip to Kuala Lumpur from Penang. First, the voice instructions did not work for the entire trip to KL. Finally, somehow the voice came on once in KL and then took me around in circles in the city. It kept on telling me to make turns where there was no road and then once it got lost, kept on blabbering right and left turns like a lunatic. I initially had doubts, but was tempted by the TomTom reference. I should have listened to others and gotten Papago. I am still lost in KL and have the greatest fear to face KL with an idiotic gps tomorrow. How do I get my money back?
I dont understand why the update for iOS 5 is not released yet. Sygic for US and other regions mostly got updates. Why not this?
The map database and POI are good. But the user interface is far from easy to use while driving.
Plez make it available for device with iOS 5, i just bought this and it cannot be installed on my device... Need your consideration on old devices... Plez... Make it possible...
